For A2P compliance, no purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an active account with us.

When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If deletion or anonymization is not possible (for example, if your personal information is stored in backup archives), we will securely store and isolate your information from further processing until deletion is possible.
